Finding the right support
Talking to someone can help when life feels heavy. Counselling gives you a private space to talk through things like anxiety, stress, low mood, grief or relationship worries, at your own pace. ADHD coaching is more practical, helping adults with ADHD find ways of getting things done that actually suit their brain.
You don’t need a referral. Just contact a practitioner directly to ask questions or book a first session.
