A lovely centre offering a range of therapies as well as courses.
Having done a reflexology course here I can throughly recommend them as tutors. The course was informative as well as enjoyable. Karen was welcoming and extremely knowledgeable.
I’ve had several treatments at the Plymouth Wellbeing Centre and honestly can’t recommend it highly enough. The atmosphere is welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on helping people feel their best.
Taylor’s B12 injections are fantastic. She is knowledgeable, reassuring, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, making the whole process comfortable and stress-free. I’ve noticed a real boost in my energy levels and overall wellbeing.
The massages from Freyja are exceptional. She has an incredible ability to tailor treatments to exactly what your body needs, whether it’s relieving tension, reducing stress, or simply providing some much-needed relaxation. Every session leaves me feeling refreshed and restored.
The facials are equally amazing. They are both relaxing and effective, leaving my skin feeling nourished, refreshed, and glowing. The attention to detail and personalised approach really make a difference.
What makes the Plymouth Wellbeing Centre stand out is the wide range of services available. Beyond the treatments I’ve experienced, they also offer counselling, sound therapy, and many other holistic wellbeing services, creating a truly comprehensive approach to health and self-care.
If you’re looking for a place that combines expertise, compassion, and a genuine commitment to wellbeing, I would highly recommend the Plymouth Wellbeing Centre.
Today I had the pleasure of attending the Hot Stones Massage course at Plymouth Wellbeing Centre, with tutor Kerrie Roberts.
Having completed the theory, today was full of all the practical elements to the treatment.
Kerrie our tutor was not only personable, friendly and very approachable she was also great at explaining the different techniques, how to use the hot stones effectively ensuring client & therapist comfort at all times as well as making us feel confident and comfortable to ask questions at any time.
Kerrie also explained the different size stones and their purposes. Kerrie gave great tips that she even uses in her own business.
A very enjoyable course with a down to earth tutor, Plymouth Wellbeing Centre is such a relaxing training centre with the ability to teach in a relaxed atmosphere but still adhering to high standards.
Thank-you Kerrie x
I am absolutely so thrilled I've found The Wellbeing Centre to use and rent the main room from. What a beautiful space.
Karen has created such an ambient space that I will continue to use.
From viewing the space to booking, karen has been one of the most helpful people. Karen has helped make sure everything is in place that I may need.
I had my first group there last night, and it has been one of the most enjoyable. There is lots of parking and is easily accessible.
I love that karen asked us to be as quiet as can through the hallways as well as gaining and leaving entery.
This showed how important it is for everyone getting a treatment to feel the calm and peace and that the meaning of the building is for therapeutic work as well as whom ever uses and rents the rooms or main room.
As she said, it's not about being silent but respectful to everyone around, I've not really experienced such respect to all those who use the centre it really stuck with me as such a beautiful thing.
The price is also extremely reasonable, Karen's morals of wanting to make space affordable to rent are truly beautiful. Honestly, I wish I had found this space sooner.
I know I will be using the space more to rent for day workshops in time.
Have visited Karen at Freedom Therapeutics many times, have had dermaplaning, facials, hot stone back massage, reflexology and Indian head massages all of which did exactly what they should. I left feeling utterly relaxed and wonderful. Karen has also offered me advice for self treatments during lockdown. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a little pamper and a relaxing time.
