Choosing a massage

Massage can help you relax, ease tight, achy muscles and feel more comfortable in your body. Our therapists offer Swedish, sports, hot stone, pregnancy and aromatherapy massage, plus Indian head massage, Japanese head spa and lymphatic drainage.

Not sure which to pick? Sports massage suits active people and overworked muscles, while Swedish or hot stone massage is lovely for unwinding. Just tell your therapist what you’d like help with and they’ll guide you.
