Finding the right door

The centre is split across two units at Lynher House. Unit 3 is where you’ll find the treatment rooms. Unit 4 is home to the community space and training room, where classes and courses take place. These short videos show you the way.

Our neighbours popping by!

Look out for the Estover deer

Plymouth’s wild fallow deer are regular visitors around Bush Park, and they often wander right past the centre, fawns and all. If you’re lucky enough to spot them, enjoy the moment from a distance and please don’t feed them.

Before you visit

  • Free parking on site
  • Level access throughout
  • Accessible toilet in Unit 4
  • A child-free space, unless the child is the one having a treatment
  • Assistance dogs only, please
  • Each practitioner sets their own hours, so please book before you come
