 £75 per week (no sink)

Day hire: start - 5.30pm

Morning hire: start - 12.45pm

Afternoon hire: 1pm - 5.30pm

Evening hire: 5.45 pm - finish

We have a large community space available to hire, suitable for meditation groups, Yoga, Pilates, meetings & more.

£15 for first hour

 Hi, my name is Karen and I run Plymouth Wellbeing Centre, YogaBird and Plymouth Holistic Training.  When I first qualified as a therapist, I struggled like mad to find a space to work from that ticked all of the boxes but didn't cost the earth, or tie me in to a mega long contract.  I decided that as soon as my own business was secure, I would move to premises where I could offer this option to others.
