Away from the treatment room, Nkita is mum to Charlie (who also happens to be the number one tortoise sitter for Karen, our centre founder 🐢). The family has recently grown too, with a rescue pup 🐶

Face reflexology: a treatment many people haven’t tried
Most people have heard of foot reflexology. Face reflexology is less well known, and it’s one of Nkita’s specialities. She uses gentle pressure on reflex points across the face, and it’s a lovely choice if you want to switch off without getting fully undressed.
She also offers foot reflexology, including a deluxe version with a foot soak, an aromatherapy sea salt scrub and a cooling mint foot cream to finish.

Reiki for children and young people
Nkita offers short, gentle reiki sessions for children and teens, using light touch on the head, shoulders and feet, or no touch at all if they prefer. A parent or guardian stays for the consultation and the whole session.
Aromatherapy workshops with friends
Looking for something different to do with friends or family? In Nkita’s aromatherapy bliss workshop you choose your favourite essential oils and make your own personalised products to take home. Groups are small, with up to 4 people.
