Rent/bank details
Rent is payable 1 week in advance on a Friday. So for example if you rent a room on a Saturday, rent in payable the day before. If you rent a room on a Wednesday, the rent is payable the Friday before. Payment needs to be in the bank by 5pm in order to secure your room for the following week.

If you are first/last on site, you will need to unlock/lock the main gate to the carpark. If you don't already have a gate key, please contact me asap to arrange collection.
To check if you are the last person on site (whole building), please check down the side of the building to see if there are any lights on in units or cars parked outside.
The row of cars parked against the far wall in the carpark are being stored there until further notice. Please ignore these when checking to see if the gate needs to be locked.
Unit 3
The key safe is located to the left of the main door. You will have received a What's App message with the keycode number. Please replace the key when you have opened up.
Light switches are located to the left of the fire escape doors.
When leaving, if you are the last in the unit, please switch off lights in the main area, fire escape and toilets. Lock the fire escape door. You can leave the cabinet light on to give your more light as you leave/lock up.
If you are using a shared room, please ensure that it is left clean and ready for the next person to use. Standard set up is couch, stool, trolley, chair. If you don't want to use the couch/stool please feel free to fold it and store it safely in the main area, ensuring it isn't a trip hazard. Please replace the couch at the end of the day.
For talking therapies, please feel free to take 2 x tub chairs and 2 x office chairs into the room but pop them back into the main area when you are finished as these are a shared resource.
Unit 4
The key safe is located to the right of the main door. You will have received a What's App message with the keycode number. Please replace the key when you have opened up.
Light switches for the main areas are located to the right of the doors in the foyer.
If you are the last to leave, please switch off all lights, including kitchen and toilets before locking the unit.

It is your responsibility to read and familiarise yourself with the following files to ensure the safety or your and your clients in the event of a fire. All files including floor plans are available to download. Documents (excluding floor plans) are available to view further down the page.
Please note: if the fire alarms sound - please follow the fire procedures as set out below. The fire brigade and the fire warden for the entire building are called automatically. Once given the all clear, you will be able to re-enter the building.
